Due to the handcrafted nature of our natural coconut and beeswax blend candles, slight variations in color, fragrance, and finish may occur and are not considered defects.

Order Processing & Lead Time

All candles are hand-poured in small batches. Standard lead time is approximately 5–14 business days, depending on order size and seasonal volume.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of invoicing unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders ship from Texas. Rustic Rose & Flame is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or

unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the order is delivered to the carrier.

Damages & Returns

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery with photos.

Wholesale orders are final sale unless otherwise approved in writing.

Storage & Product Care

Retailers are responsible for proper storage and display. Candles should be stored in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight.
